Master Black Belt Certification

Prerequisites:

* Must have a valid Black Belt Certification.

* (Recommended) 2+ years of industry related experience.
Lean Six Sigma Master Black training is fully online, and has no time restrictions. This course has been designed for those who are looking to obtain the highest level of training/certification in Six Sigma. This course will build off of the Black Belt by covering additional management focused topics. There are no required software applications and you do not need to purchase any additional training material, everything is included with your one time purchase.

The Highest Degree

 A Six Sigma Master Black Belt or MBB holder is an individual who has completed the highest degree of training within this methodology and has completed six sigma black belt, green belt, yellow belt and white belt programs. 

Six Sigma black belt is a process improvement method in which individuals receive instruction and are certified to help companies in analyzing and improving their operations. The end result is the elimination of variance and increased revenue.

Hardware Requirements:

• This course can be taken on either a PC or Mac.

Software Requirements:

• PC: Windows 8 or newer.
• Mac: OS X Snow Leopard 10.6 or later.
• Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred. Microsoft Edge and Safari are also compatible.
• Microsoft Office Suite or Google Docs/Sheets/Slides/Forms & Apache OpenOffice (not included in enrollment)
• Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins.
